This seasoned roasted cauliflower is my newest obsession! It’s incredibly easy to throw together using only pantry ingredients and ready in a snap. This pair beautifully with beef or chicken. You can even enjoy this on its own.

Perfectly seasoned cauliflower roasted until golden brown, and the edges are crispy. This instantly became my family’s favourite! Super good I have to make a big batch because this goes super fast!

I love trying new recipes. It’s fun to have different varieties of food on the dinner table. It does not have to be very hard or pricey, just a little tweak and variation to come up with a fun twist! The blend of spices that coats the cauliflower is not overpowering nor spicy. It has a perfect balance and guarantees to give the cauliflower browned and crispy edges.

How to make The Best Seasoned Roasted Cauliflower

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees. If desired, you can line a cookie sheet using parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step 2: After rinsing the cauliflower, cut the florets off and put them in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the seasoning. Toss well using your hands or spoon.

Step 3: On the prepared cookie sheet, evenly spread the cauliflower. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until crisp and the edges have browned, stirring once or twice while baking.

Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and sprinkle with extra salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Note:

You can keep any leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
