This orange Dijon grilled halibut is my husband’s favorite. He’s the one who introduced me to this amazing dish. I know halibut, but I never dare to cook them until my ex-boyfriend (now my husband) made it for me. Tastes great and is very easy to throw together. The halibut is grilled and coated twice in orange Dijon mustard sauce. To serve, top the halibut orange and fennel slices.
