This incredible recipe is just one of the best things I have ever tried so far! I love how all the ingredients complement each other to make such a delicious dish! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. By the way, be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Thank me later! Have a blessed day, friends, and don’t forget to smile today, okay? Enjoy!
Ingredients:
10 oz frozen spinach thawed, squeezed, and drained (or use wilted down fresh)
5 Eggs beaten
2 ½ c cheese any kind (I used a fiesta blend)
1 tsp dried minced onion
¼ tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Apply cooking spray in a 9-inch pie pan.
Step 2: Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie pan and spread it evenly.
Step 4: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 5: Place the pie pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
You can use a square dish for this recipe.
