Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 (21 ounces) can cherry pie filling
2 (8 ounces) packages of cream cheese
1 (12 ounces) package vanilla wafers
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ c white sugar
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with paper liners the muffin tins.
Press the vanilla wafers until completely crushed.
Fill each muffin cup with 1/2 tsp of the crushed vanilla wafers.
In a large bowl, add sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and eggs. Beat until well mixed.
Divide the mixture between each muffin cup.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely at room temperature.
Top each with cherry pie filling.
