6 brioche hamburger buns

Directions:

Place a large cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown or slightly toasted.

Remove the browned beef from the skillet onto a clean plate.

In the same skillet, add butter and allow it to melt.

Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Sauté for about 3 minutes until soft and slightly brown.

Put the browned beef back into the skillet and stir until well mixed.

Mix cornstarch and beef broth, then pour it into the meat mixture. Stir until well blended.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Allow the mixture to become thick. This will take about 3 minutes.

Remove from the heat, then add the provolone cheese on top.

Serve on toasted buns and enjoy!
