Ingredients:

BUTTER CAKE

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter

2 cups sugar

1 cup milk

1 Tablespoon white vinegar

4 large Eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

BUTTER GLAZE

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3 Tablespoons brandy or water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray and sprinkle flour in a 10-inch Bundt pan.

Step 3: Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, add the sugar and butter. Beat until well blended.

Step 5: In another mixing bowl, add the vinegar and milk. Stir until well mixed.

Step 6: Add eggs gradually into the butter mixture and beat every addition.

Step 7: Add vanilla and stir until well blended.

Step 8: Transfer the milk mixture into the butter mixture and stir until well mixed.

Step 9: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.

Step 10: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.

Step 11: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 12: Use a fork to poke small holes over the cake.

Step 13: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 14: Add butter, brandy, and sugar. Stir until well blended.

Step 15: Remove the pan from the heat immediately and add vanilla. Stir until well blended.

Step 16: Spread the mixture on top of the cake. Make sure to fill each hole.

Step 17: Allow the cake to cool completely.

Step 18: Invert the cake and serve. Enjoy!
