PIZZA CRUST MADE WITH CREAM CHEESE

This pizza recipe was given to me by my dear friend, Alexa. I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try, I’m telling you! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Have a great day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 (8-ounces) pkg of full-fat cream cheese, room temperature

2 Eggs

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 c grated parmesan cheese

1/2 c pizza sauce

1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

favourite pizza toppings

1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch.

Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Step 5: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.

Step 6: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.

Step 7: Add the pizza sauce over the cooled crust and spread it evenly.

Step 8: Top the pizza with your preferred toppings, cheese, and garlic powder.

Step 9: Place it inside the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.

Step 10: Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to cool.

Step 11: Slice into even pieces.

Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
