INGREDIENTS

8 ears corn, cleaned

1 stick (8 tbsp ) unsalted butter, room temperature

kosher salt, to taste

fresh ground black pepper, to taste

How to make Corn on the Cob in the Oven

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F. And using aluminium foil, line a baking sheet.

Step 2: On the prepared baking sheet, place the corn. Make sure to set aside half of the butter and spread the rest on the corn, then generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 45 minutes until the corn is beginning to brown, turning the corn occasionally.

Step 4: Remove from the oven when done, then spread the rest of the butter on top of each corn and if desired, sprinkle with extra pepper.

NOTE:

If you like cayenne pepper, you can also add them. In a small dish, place 4 tbsp butter and mix it with your desired amount of cayenne pepper. Smear the corn with this and follow the recipe as is.
