Ingredients:

3 cups self-rising flour

2 1/4 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups butter, melted

3/4 cup milk

6 large eggs, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 cup mashed peaches (i used canned, drained), fresh peaches can be used

GLAZE

1/3 cup peaches, pureed

2/3 cup sugar

1 tablespoon peach brandy (or juice from peaches)

Directions:

Apply cooking spray and sprinkle flour on a Bundt cake pan.

Drain and mash the canned peach.

In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, flour, sugar, milk, melted butter, and almond extracts. Beat until well combined.

Add the mashed peaches and beat until well mixed.

Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Place it inside the oven.

Turn the heat to about 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

To Make the Glaze:

Place a saucepan on the stove, then add the sugar, peach brandy, and peach puree.

Turn the heat to medium, then stir and cook the mixture until well blended.

Remove the pan from the heat and immediately drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.

Allow the cake to cool completely at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!
