1 lb elbow macaroni

4 lbs Cheddar cheese, sliced

1 ½ c milk

5 Eggs, or more to taste

1 tbsp yellow mustard

ground black pepper to taste

Prepare the oven and preheat to 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F.

Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.

Add the elbow macaroni and cook for about 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Arrange some macaroni on the bottom of a 5-quart baking dish.

Sprinkle a generous amount of Cheddar cheese on top.

Repeat the process until all the macaroni and cheese are arranged in layers.

In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, mustard, and milk. Beat until well mixed.

Pour the mixture over the macaroni mixture and spread it evenly.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely and turned brown.

Sprinkle black pepper on top.

Allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!
