If you are looking for a quick and easy recipe to try for today’s snack, then this is it! In just about an hour, these cookies will be ready to light up your day! A big thanks to my cousin, Fiona, for this awesome recipe. I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted how delicious these cookies are! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Make sure to read the note at the bottom for substitutes. Ingredients:

1 (19.8 oz) package brownie mix

¼ c all-purpose flour

¼ c vegetable oil

3 tbsp water

2 Eggs

1 c semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray on a baking sheet.

In a large mixing bowl, add flour, eggs, water, oil, brownie mix, and chocolate chips. Whisk until well mixed.

Arrange the spoonfuls of the batter onto the greased baking sheet. Make sure to leave a space between each cookie.

Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until done.

Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool for about an hour at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!

Note:

Feel free to use butterscotch or vanilla chops for this recipe instead of chocolate chips.
