1/2 cup salted butter
1 cup sugar
1 large Egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of sugar, butter, and eggs. Beat until well mixed.
Add flour, baking soda, and buttermilk. Beat until well combined.
In another mixing bowl, add cinnamon and 1/3 cup of sugar. Stir until well combined.
Apply cooking spray into a loaf pan.
Add half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle 3/4 of the cinnamon mixture over the batter.
Spread the rest of the batter over the cinnamon mixture.
Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture over the second layer of batter.
Use a knife to swirl on top of the batter.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
