These delightfully sinful brownies are what I need for the rest of my life! Moist brownies with my fave combo (chocolate and peanut butter) topped with pecans and caramel. All the exciting flavours in one. This treat surely tickles your taste buds!

Ingredients

BROWNIES:

2 cups sugar

1 cup butter

1/3 cup cocoa powder

4 Eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/3 cups peanut butter

TOPPING:

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup milk

10 large marshmallows

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 pound ( 16 oz.) confectioners’ sugar

Caramel topping

Pecans, chopped

How to make Delightfully Sinful Brownies

Step 1: Using nonstick cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and set it aside. Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Place a cup of butter and 1/3 cup cocoa in a medium-sized microwavable safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for a minute. Check if the butter has melted. If not, continue to heat in 30-second intervals. Then, stir using a whisk and set aside to cool.

Step 3: Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla to another bowl. Beat well until combined.

Step 4: Place the flour and salt in a different bowl. Blend until well mixed.

Step 5: Add the flour mixture to the cocoa mixture once cooled and whisk until completely blended. Add this to the sugar mixture and whisk until well mixed. Then, pour this into the prepared baking dish and place it in the preheated oven to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownie comes out clean.

Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and immediately spread the peanut butter evenly on top. Then, allow it to cool completely.

Step 7: Meanwhile, add the butter, milk, marshmallows, and cocoa to a large saucepan to make the topping. Whisk until the butter and mallows are melted and everything is completely mixed. Then, add the salt and vanilla followed by the confectioner’s sugar. Beat well until the mixture is smooth.

Step 8: Over the cooled cake and peanut butter, spread the topping and drizzle with caramel. On top, sprinkle the pecans.
