Breakfast for champions! This French Toast recipe is the best! What I like to do is just simply top it with melted butter and maple syrup. Kind of like a pancake. Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! You are more than welcome to tweak this recipe to your liking. Serve this with scrambled egg and coffee. Don’t forget to share this with your peers as well. I am 100 per cent sure that they are going to love it as much as we do. Have a beautiful day, friends, and I hope this breakfast dish starts your day right! Do me a favour, will you? Smile! The world could use a bright smile today. Enjoy!

dash of cinnamon* optional

Directions:

Slice the bread into two, then set them aside.

Add eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, heavy cream, salt, and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Put a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-low.

Add canola oil and allow it to become hot.

Dip each sliced bread into the egg mixture. Make sure to coat it completely and shake off any excess.

Place the coated bread slices into the pan and cook each side for about 3 minutes or until they become golden brown. Make sure to toast them in batches to prevent overcrowding.

Remove the toasted bread slices from the pan onto a clean plate.

Serve with your preferred toppings.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Note:

I simply add melted butter on top and maple syrup.
