2 small cabbage heads
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
Slice away the stems from the cabbage heads.
Slice each into two, then into two again to have 4 discs.
Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
Arrange the cabbage onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave a space between each cabbage steak.
Brush olive oil over each cabbage steak. Make sure to coat each completely.
Season the cabbage steaks with, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Repeat the process from the olive oil to the seasonings to the other side of each cabbage steak.
Top each with a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven.
