These Roasted Cabbage Steaks are so good! I will be honest with you. At first, I had very low expectations of this recipe but I was wrong. These delicious treats brought so much joy to me! You have got to give this one a try, I’m telling you! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! You are more than welcome to add more to it if you prefer. By the way, for some of you that are not huge fans of spicy foods, skip the red pepper flakes. Have a great day, friends. I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 small cabbage heads

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons paprika

3 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon salt or to taste

Directions:

Slice away the stems from the cabbage heads.

Slice each into two, then into two again to have 4 discs.

Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.

Arrange the cabbage onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave a space between each cabbage steak.

Brush olive oil over each cabbage steak. Make sure to coat each completely.

Season the cabbage steaks with, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Repeat the process from the olive oil to the seasonings to the other side of each cabbage steak.

Top each with a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
