Whenever I serve these mouthwatering steak bites, it is a guarantee that there are no leftovers to be found! So good everyone devoured these bites until this is all gone. The succulent, ultra-moist meat with delicious buttery garlic taste is perfection!

In under twenty minutes, these juicy steak bites are ready. Surely, this is a winning recipe. I pair these with mashed potatoes and garlic green beans for a complete meal. Feel free to add mushrooms, onion, peppers if you like but I love this dish as is. And what I adore best about these bites is I can serve these as an appetizer. I just stick a toothpick in them and voila! I watch them disappear fast! So make sure to double the recipe so everyone will have a fair share.

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 c. beef broth

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

5 tbsp butter

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

How to make Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large semi-deep skillet over high heat.

Step 2: In the meantime, with salt, pepper, onion powder, and brown sugar, season the steak cubes.

Step 3: Once the oil is very hot, drop the steak cubes into the skillet in a single layer. If using a not large enough pan, cook the cubes of steak in batches.

Step 4: Cook the steak cubes in about 3 minutes, stirring as you cooked.

Step 5: When done, remove the bites from the heat.

Step 6: Add in the garlic, parsley and butter, and broth. Mix well.

Step 7: Cook for another 4 minutes over low heat, stirring.

Step 8: Serve hot. Enjoy!
