Prep Time: 1 hr | Cook Time: 20 mins | Yield: 12 servings

These rolls are so good for breakfast or snack! I love how simple and delicious the taste! Serve these rolls with your favourite cup of coffee and you are so in for a treat! By the way, these rolls are best served warm. For an extra flavour twist, you can add a slice of cheese in the middle of each roll. I have tried it three times already and I am telling you to try it! Just do it and thank me later. Enjoy!

1 cup water, warm

1 pack active dry yeast

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoon butter, softened

1 large Egg, beaten

3 1/2 – 4 cups all-purpose flour

Step 1: Place the yeast in a large bowl and add water. Allow it to rise.

Step 2: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 3: Add the sugar, salt, butter, egg, and flour into the bowl with the yeast. Beat until well mixed.

Step 4: Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and knead the dough until smooth.

Step 5: Apply cooking spray in a mixing bowl.

Step 6: Place the dough into the greased mixing bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it sit in a warm area to rise for about 45 minutes.

Step 7: Place the risen dough on a floured surface or board.

Step 8: Form the dough into 12 rolls and place them in a lightly greased 13×9-inch baking pan.

Step 9: Let the balls rise for another 30 minutes.

Step 10: Place the rolls inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until done.

Step 11: Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature to cool.

Step 12: Brush melted butter over each roll.

Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
