Ingredients:
4-6 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless will work)
10.5 ounces can cream of mushroom soup (or homemade)
10.5 ounces can cream of chicken soup (or homemade)
1 c milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes crushed (or 2 tsp bullion paste)
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Step 1: Apply cooking spray into the slow cooker.
Step 2: Arrange the pork chops onto the bottom of the greased slow cooker.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Pour the mixture on top of the pork chops.
Step 5: Cover the slow cooker and cook for 6 hours on a low setting or 3 hours on a high setting.
Step 6: Serve hot over rice or roasted veggies and enjoy!
Notes:
When freezing the pork chops and sauce, place them inside a resealable bag, then put the bag inside the freezer. They can last up to 3 months.
