Ingredients:

2 pounds of chicken wings

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 (8.5-ounces) bag Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, crushed

1/4 cup hot sauce

2 tablespoons honey

4 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup buttermilk

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

3 tablespoons sour cream

2 teaspoons freshly chopped dill

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Large pinch cayenne pepper

1/4 cup finely crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Season with salt and pepper the chicken wings.

Step 3: Coat each chicken wing with flour, egg, and Cheetos crumbs. Shake off any excess.

Step 4: Arrange them onto a large baking sheet.

Step 5: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken wings for 20 minutes or until done.

Step 6: Add the honey, hot sauce, and butter into a small mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Step 7: Place it inside the microwave and heat it until mixed and melted completely.

Step 8: Spread the mixture on top of the chicken wings.

Step 9: Arrange the chicken wings onto a clean serving plate.

Step 10: Add the mayonnaise, buttermilk, onion powder, dill, garlic powder, sour cream, and cayenne into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.

Step 11: Add the blue cheese and stir until well mixed.

Step 12: Serve the wings with the dressing. Enjoy!
