Ingredients:

Cooking spray

1/2 c finely diced onions

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 lb ground beef

2 tsp Italian seasoning, divided

3 c marinara sauce, divided

1 lb spaghetti

Kosher salt, to taste (for the pasta water)

8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 c ricotta cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

2 c mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees C.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Step 3: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 4: Add the onion and sauté for about 3 minutes or until translucent.

Step 5: Add the garlic and sauté for about a minute until aromatic.

Step 6: Add the ground beef. Cook until crumbly and brown.

Step 7: Drain any excess oil, then add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning and 2 cups of marinara sauce. Stir until well mixed.

Step 8: Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Refer to the directions provided on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Step 9: Put the spaghetti back to the pot, then add 1 cup of marinara sauce. Toss until well coated.

Step 10: In a medium mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.

Step 11: Add 1/2 of the spaghetti in a 9×13-inch baking pan and spread it evenly.

Step 12: Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti layer.

Step 13: Top the cheese mixture with the rest of the spaghetti.

Step 14: Top the second layer of the spaghetti with the beef sauce mixture.

Step 15: Sprinkle a generous amount of Mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 16: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 17: Remove from the oven.

Step 18: Serve hot and enjoy!
