Ingredients:
1/2 c butter (1 stick, softened)
3.5 oz Jell-O Cook & Serve Butterscotch Pudding
32.6 oz Pillsbury Grands-Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (2 cans, you can also use Rhodes if they are thawed)
2 c apples (chopped into 1/2″ pieces)
1/2 c brown sugar (plus 3 tbsp)
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 160 degrees C or 325 degrees F.
Step 2: Brush with butter a Bundt pan.
Step 3: Put the butterscotch into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Step 4: In a medium mixing bowl, add the cinnamon and 3 tbsp of brown sugar. Stir until well mixed.
Step 5: Add the apples and toss until well coated.
Step 6: Flatten the biscuits, then slice each roll into two.
Step 7: Add 5 apple pieces in the middle and fold the dough. Use a rolling pin to close the ball. Repeat the process to the rest of the biscuits.
Step 8: Arrange the stuffed biscuits into the prepared pan together with the nuts.
Step 9: Melt the rest of the butter and mix it with 1/2 cup of sugar.
Step 10: Spread the mixture over the biscuits.
Step 11: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until done,
Step 12: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
