I never thought that this cake will make me very happy! I just learned about this incredible cake recipe yesterday while I was browsing the internet to look for new and easy recipes that I can try. I am so glad that I have stumbled upon this one. The orange flavour will surely make you want to eat for the whole thing! I kid you not. I almost finished the entire cake. If it wasn’t for my best friend interrupting me, I would have succeeded in eating the whole cake! Anyway, I still want to experiment on this further. Feel free to do the same thing if you think it can get better! Take care always, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 box yellow butter cake mix

11 ounces can mandarin oranges (do not drain)

4 large Eggs

1/2 c oil

ICING:

2 large cans crushed pineapple

1 box instant vanilla pudding

12 ounces cool whip

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C of 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Prepare two 9-inch cake pans.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the oranges with the juice, cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir until everything is well combined.

Step 4: Transfer the batter into the prepared cake pans. Spread it evenly on the bottom of each cake pan.

Step 5: Place the pans inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle of each cake.

Step 6: Remove the cakes from the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack.

Step 7: In a small mixing bowl, add the Cool Whip, pudding, and 1 can of pineapple. Stir until well combined.

Step 8: Spread a layer of icing and pineapple mixture over the cake.

Step 9: Place the cakes inside the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
