Outrageously cheesy and meaty! This mouthwatering Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf is everything! It is so darn good, you want to dig straight in! The world’s favorite Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with juicy cheese that is stuffed in a meatloaf. I’m speechless! Nothing will ever beat this, this is by far my favorite meatloaf variety. It’s a blast every time I make this. Super easy to assemble and always a spotlight stealer!

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1 large onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped small

1/2 cup of whole milk

1/2 cup mushrooms chopped (optional) family loves them I hate them

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup bread crumbs (regular, Italian style or panko)

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon salt & 1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon Adobo seasoning

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

8 slices of mozzarella OR provolone cheese

How to make Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Sautee the diced onion & peppers in a medium skillet with oil until tender and soft.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked peppers and onions, meat, and milk. Work using your hands until the mixture is completely combined.

Step 4: Use a pam spray or butter or oil to lightly grease a loaf pan. Place half of the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

Step 5: Top the mixture with 4 slices of your desired cheese.

Step 6: Add the rest of the meat mixture over the cheese but make sure to reserve the last 4 slices of cheese.

Step 7: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and top the meatloaf with the reserved cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Step 9: Take the meatloaf out of the oven and allow it to sit for a few minutes before removing from the pan.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
