How to make Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Sautee the diced onion & peppers in a medium skillet with oil until tender and soft.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked peppers and onions, meat, and milk. Work using your hands until the mixture is completely combined.

Step 4: Use a pam spray or butter or oil to lightly grease a loaf pan. Place half of the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

Step 5: Top the mixture with 4 slices of your desired cheese.

Step 6: Add the rest of the meat mixture over the cheese but make sure to reserve the last 4 slices of cheese.

Step 7: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and top the meatloaf with the reserved cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Step 9: Take the meatloaf out of the oven and allow it to sit for a few minutes before removing from the pan.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
