Ingredients:

Cooking spray

1 (15.25 oz) package strawberry cake mix

½ c butter softened

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (16 oz) container cream cheese frosting

3 large Eggs

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 165 degrees C or 325 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the butter and cake mix. Beat until well combined.

Step 4: Set aside 1 cup of the mixture for later use.

Step 5: Transfer the rest of the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it evenly on the bottom.

Step 6: In the same bowl, add the frosting and cream cheese. Beat until well blended.

Step 7: Add the eggs and beat until well combined.

Step 8: Transfer the mixture on top of the crust and spread it evenly.

Step 9: Sprinkle the reserved 1 cup over the frosting.

Step 10: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.

Step 11: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

Step 12: Cover the baking dish and place it inside the fridge for about 2 hours to chill.

Step 13: Remove from the fridge and slice it into small bars.
