Ingredients:

For Ramen Stir Fry Sauce:

2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce, low sodium

2 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce, low sodium

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons Sriracha

2 teaspoons White Vinegar

2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

1 tablespoon Water

For Chicken:

1 c Chicken Thigh/Breast, pieces

As per need Salt

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce, low sodium

1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch

Additional:

3 Packets/ Blocks ,Ramen Noodles/Instant Noodles(Maggi),discard seasoning packet

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil/Sesame Oil

5 cloves Garlic, minced

1 Inch Ginger, minced

1 small Red Bell Pepper, chopped

1 small Green Bell Pepper, chopped

1 small Onion, chopped

2 Spring Onion, chopped, whites and green separated

1/3 c Broccoli florets, chopped

1/3 c White Button Mushrooms, sliced

1/4 c Carrot, sticks

Directions:

Place a pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high, then allow the water to boil.

Add the ramen noodles and cook for about 2 minutes or until done. Drain and rinse with water.

Transfer the noodles into a mixing bowl and drizzle oil. Toss until well coated.

In another mixing bowl, add the chicken slices, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix everything.

Place a wok on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add oil and allow it to become hot.

Add garlic and ginger. Sauté until aromatic.

Add the veggies and sauté until translucent.

Push the veggies on the side, then add the chicken pieces and sauté until brown.

In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce and stir until well blended.

Pour the mixture into the wok and stir until well combined.

Add the ramen noodles and toss until well combined.

Serve hot and enjoy!
