Ingredients:

1 kg chicken thighs and legs With skin and bone-in

1 tsp Garlic Powder

½ tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Paprika

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Pepper

¾ c BBQ Sauce ref note -1 & 2

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Line with foil a baking tray.

Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken pieces.

Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Put the chicken pieces onto the prepared tray and arrange them evenly. Make sure to leave a space between each piece.

Sprinkle the seasonings on top and make sure to coat each chicken with it.

Place the tray inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the oven, then brush each generously with barbecue sauce.

Put them back inside the oven and turn the heat to 425 degrees F. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove the chicken pieces from the oven and brush each with barbecue sauce again.

Bake for another 10 minutes or until done.

Broil for another 3 minutes or until just brown.

Serve and enjoy!
