4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1/4 cups ranch dressing
1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken cut into small bite-size pieces
4 slices crispy cooked bacon chopped
1 1/3 cups Colby jack shredded
2 tablespoons butter
Add 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing on top of 2 tortillas and spread it evenly.
Add 1/2 of the chicken, 1/2 of the bacon, and 1/2 of the cheese over the dressing.
Top each filled tortilla with another tortilla.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and allow it to melt.
Add one quesadilla at a time and cook each side until it turns brown. Turn it over and cook the other side until brown as well.
Repeat the process to the remaining quesadilla.
