2 clove garlic, minced
2 Eggs
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce

Slice the chicken into small pieces.
Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the chicken slices and cook until brown. Remove from the heat.
Place a 10-inch skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add sesame oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the veggies and saute until soft.
Add the eggs and stir until scrambled.
Add the cooked chicken slices, soy sauce, and rice. Toss everything until well combined.
Cook for a few minutes until the rice is slightly toasted.
Remove from the heat onto a clean serving bowl.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Add more seasonings if you prefer. I just add soy sauce and it is enough for me.
For a more meaty version, feel free to add crumbled crispy bacon. Oh, man, you are so in for a treat!
