Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add oil and allow it to become hot.

Add the coated cube steaks and cook each side for 4 minutes or until they turn brown.

Remove the steaks from the skillet into a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Add 1/4 cup of flour into the skillet with the excess grease. Whisk and cook for about a minute. Add more flour or oil if needed.

Add the broth and stir until well blended. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the skillet to get the brown bits.

Pour the gravy on top of the steaks and spread it evenly.

Cover everything with aluminium foil.

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Place the steak inside the preheated oven and bake for about 2 hours.

Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

Note:

This steak is best served over rice or mashed potatoes. Don’t forget to spoon the delicious sauce on top!
