1 stick margarine
5 cups crumbled buttermilk cornbread (dry)
5 cups dry bread crumbs
3 cups turkey or chicken broth
1 stick butter
4 large eggs beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
3 teaspoons sage or to taste
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon pepper or to taste

Prepare the oven and preheat to 162 degrees C or 325 degrees F.
Apply Pam oil to a large baking sheet.
Add the bread crumbs, onion mixture, celery, melted butter, cornbread, eggs, chicken broth, sage, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed. Add more broth if the texture is too dry.
Cover the baking sheet with aluminium foil.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes.
Remove the foil cover, then bake for another 10 minutes or until the top turns brown.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
