1 32-ounces bag frozen diced potatoes

1 medium onion diced

1 c. sour cream

1 10.5-ounces can cream of chicken soup

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper

4 tablespoons butter melted

2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

How to make Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes

Step 1: Place the potatoes along with the onions, sour cream, soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, butter, and 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese in a crockpot. Cover and set on low for 4 hours.

Step 2: Take the lid off and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Put the lid back on and allow the cheese to melt for about 15 minutes.
