Hello there, friends! I hope you are all doing well. This recipe I am sharing with you today has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. A very simple recipe that I know you can cook! This is the Easy Garlic-Lemon Scallops. This was my Grams recipe. I am so grateful to her for a lot of things including this! Now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? Anyway, I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. There are a lot of things you can do to make this very simple recipe to the next level! Ingredients:

¾ c butter

3 tbsp minced garlic

2 lbs large sea scallops

1 tsp salt

⅛ tsp pepper

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Add butter and allow it to melt completely.

Add the garlic and saute until aromatic.

Add the scallops and cook each side for a few minutes until done.

Remove the scallops from the skillet onto a clean servings plate.

In a mixing bowl, add butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Pour the sauce on top of the scallops.

Serve and enjoy!
