This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was young. I remember going to my Aunt’s house on weekends. She spoiled me with delicious foods. This dish is just one of them! This has always been my favourite because aside from its luscious taste, it is also very easy to cook. In just about 40 minutes, you will surely enjoy these delicious and rich pork chops! A big thanks to my Aunt Anya for this spectacular recipe! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so you just have to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:

4 pork chops

salt and pepper to taste

1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste

1 onion, chopped

½ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 (10.75 oz) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Season with garlic salt, salt, and pepper the pork chops. Rub until well coated.

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Add the pork chops and sear each side for a few minutes until brown.

Add the mushrooms and onion. Saute for a few minutes until soft and translucent.

Add the cream of mushroom soup and stir until well mixed. Make sure that the pork chops are well coated.

Cover the skillet with a lid.

Reduce the heat to low, then simmer everything for about 30 minutes or until the pork chops are tender.

Transfer the pork chops onto a serving plate, then top each with the mushroom sauce.

Serve and enjoy!
