1 cup vegetable oil

1-3/4 cup sugar


3 Eggs

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 large apples, chopped

1/2 cup nuts, chopped


In a mixing bowl, add oil, eggs, and sugar. Beat until well mixed. Make sure that the sugar is dissolved completely.

In another mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Add vanilla and stir until well blended.

Add the nuts and apples. Stir until well combined.

Apply cooking spray and sprinkle flour in a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
