A three-ingredient recipe that you can prepare in 5 minutes! A versatile, easy, and economic dish that will be a perfect addition to your weekly menu. Tender, juicy, and flavorful BBQ chicken that goes pretty well with sandwiches, salads, tacos, pizza, and more.

What I love most about this amazing dish are the perfect combination of BBQ sauce and Italian dressing. It creates an incredible flavour that you’ll crave over and over again. And the best part? It makes the chicken fabulously tender and moist that essentially shreds itself!

This has been my family’s favourite Saturday meal paired with salads, tacos, pizza, and a lot more! The possibility is endless, don’t be afraid to be creative. You’ll be surprised!

INGREDIENTS

2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 c BBQ sauce

3 tbsp Italian dressing

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: In a slow cooker, place the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Add in the BB sauce and Italian dressing over the chicken breasts.

Step 3: Cook for about 3 to 4 hours on high or 5 to 6 hours on low.

Step 4: Optional: Take the chicken breasts out of the slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Place them back into the slow cooker until ready to serve. Or serve the chicken whole.

Step 5: Best serve with vegetables, on salads, in a wrap, or on a slider roll with coleslaw. Enjoy!

NOTES

Add 1/4 c brown sugar mixed in the BBQ sauce for a sweeter flavour. For easier cleanup, line with a slow cooker liner.
